ARMAXIS, a leading European defense solutions provider, is finalizing a landmark agreement with a major European defense company to establish a new production facility in the Middle East. This strategic move reinforces ARMAXIS’s growing role in securing NATO-aligned supply chains and marks a significant step forward in regional industrial defense development.
The new plant, which will focus on large-caliber ammunition and critical components, is part of a broader effort to decentralize production, mitigate geopolitical risk, and shorten supply timelines for NATO and partner nations. The project responds directly to the urgent demand for expanded munitions production capacity, driven by current global security dynamics.
While the exact location of the plant remains undisclosed due to ongoing security and government negotiations, ARMAXIS has confirmed that the host country will benefit from significant job creation, technology transfer, and long-term industrial growth. The ramp-up of this facility is expected to fuel local economic development, provide workforce training, and establish a long-term defense manufacturing hub in the region.

The deal is expected to be signed and publicly announced in the coming weeks, with site preparation and initial equipment delivery scheduled before the end of Q4 2025.
